The set comes with a mix of quality-made vinyl weight plates that are interchangeable between dumbbell and barbell size. Or, connect the dumbbell bars to either side of the barbell to expanding your exercise options. The barbell extends with a foam spin-lock, allowing you to focus on developing both larger and smaller muscle groups.

Delivery & Assembly:
